At MSLA, we understand the critical role of educating youth for the future in addressing youth unemployment and achieving poverty reduction. 

Our Approach

MSLA offers opportunities and resources to school-going youth from deprived backgrounds, who demonstrate potential, commitment and determination on their journey towards self-development.

The use of technology is well integrated in the innovative learning experiences we offer that focus on addressing skills, attitudes and abilities, aligned to those of the WEF’s Education 4.0 framework.

The World Economic Forum s Education 4 0 framework focuses on Eight transformations for learning content and delivery in primary and secondary education to better prepare the next generation for the future of work and societies

Our Impact

MSLA supports 300 Grade 9 - 12 learners, representing 17 high schools in Kimberley, each year.

The trend is that youth from these schools generally go nowhere after matric.
